Refund & Exchange Policy

REFUND POLICY 

We do not provide refund in any form. Only exchange under the following conditions mentioned below.

Exchange of any AARYAA products are only possible under the following conditions:

 

1. DAMAGED GOODS

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our office. We will be taking pictures of quality checks done from our side, prior to shipping to ensure the piece was in perfect state before we shipped.  If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 5 working days of receipt.  Items cannot be returned on grounds of color, choice or handwork.

2. WRONG ORDERS

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.

Terms of Exchange

All items to be exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. AARYAA by Kashveen Kohli will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is cancelled.

The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the merchandise to us is your responsibility. The exchanged goods must contain on labels, tag, receipt and any other packaging with which the goods were sent to you. AARYAA by Kashveen Kohli reserves the right to refuse exchange in case of missing packaging.

We DO NOT TAKE GUARANTEE OF DRY CLEAN/COLOR BLEEDING IN BRIGHT COLORS, as all our products are made using dyed fabrics and certain dry cleaners use chemicals for the cleaning process which affect our dying/embroidery. Please ensure to inform this to the dry cleaner prior to getting it cleaned and ask them to be careful about the above issue. Please do not handwash or use any water/detergent on our dyed products. 

 

For all exchanges, the goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery of the item*.

 

We do not accept returns on specially ordered and customized items under any circumstances since all items have been customized as per your request and post your approval. If you do wish to modify your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified.

*Please note we do not accept any exchange for international orders. Also, we do not accept exchange for made-to-order items and accessories, unless it is a quality defect. Only exchange is offered on merchandise sold at the maximum retail price, without any discount. Merchandise bought on sale/discount offer is not eligible for exchange.
